What mental wellness really feels like

 It's a sense of command or control over behavior and attitude. Many of us believe that having control over our feelings or thoughts determines our soundness of mind.  I have found that I don't, quite often. But when I practice a positive, or, at least, neutral, attitude, no matter what mood I am in, and take command of the way I act, that's mental wellness.
