 Intentional or otherwise. It's definitely an inconvenience for Gen xers and baby boomers in the computer age. I am a gen xer and my roommate is a baby boomer and every day we have to deal with the frustration of not being able to figure out under 5 minutes how to post something on a blog or how to log on to a forum board etc. It seems to be getting more and more frustrating all the time. Now I'm posting this because it does relate to my mental health! Can cause depression and feelings of hopelessness and generate adrenaline which is not good for our mental health or even our physical health. difficult to find free help

 I'm becoming very discouraged from getting help from apps and online help resources because they seem to want to make money and worse yet they seem to want to rope me in to alleged free trials. I don't like being roped in I don't like it that they don't make it very clear that they're putting me in a trial a 3-day trial or a 7-Day trial or whatever. if they're going to do that I think I have a right to know what I'm dealing with and I have a right to be able to back out of it. I just used an app that I thought was free and I have to pay in 3 days or quit and I have to email them because there's no option to delete the account. I'm starting to really know more than everything in the world that much self-help and much therapy is about money and power and not too much about our mental well-being.
